About the role

The Chief People Officer will lead the human resources function, focusing on fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
  • Experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
