Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for the Financial Services practice by setting goals and building new client relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives for strategic business and communications guidance
- Develop and implement integrated communications strategies for significant client milestones
- Create and publish thought leadership content to position the agency and its clients as industry leaders
- Mentor and develop communications professionals, fostering a culture of growth and accountability
Qualifications
- 15+ years of senior communications experience in fintech or financial services, ideally with PR agencies
- Proven ability to develop business independently and maintain an active network in relevant sectors
- Recognized industry voice with a history of published insights and speaking engagements
- Experience advising C-suite executives on high-stakes situations and strategic decisions
- Demonstrated leadership in managing senior professionals and high-performing teams
