Job Snapshot Location: Irvine, CA | Onsite Pay: $80,000 - $110,000/year Employment Type: Permanent Placement Work Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid Level Opportunity Summary A purpose-led wellness food and beverage brand is looking for an Events Manager to build its experiential marketing program in the U.S. market. You'll set the strategy for consumer events, performances, trade shows, and retail activations, then own every detail from concept to on-site execution. If you love turning brand ideas into immersive, shareable experiences and proving their impact with real numbers, this is a role where you get to do both. Responsibilities Define the event and experiential marketing strategy, annual roadmap, and execution calendarSet KPIs and budgets for every event, measure brand, engagement, and sales impact, and deliver post-event analysisOwn the full event lifecycle, from concept and timelines to vendor coordination and on-site executionDesign booth activations, consumer experience zones, and sampling programs, plus large-scale events with stage design, talent, and run-of-showPartner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and outside agencies, and negotiate and manage vendor contracts Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or higher; Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferredMinimum 7+ years in event management, experiential marketing, or brand marketing, with proven experience leading both strategy and execution, including large-scale events, performances, or stage-based productionsStrong project management, multi-event scheduling, and logistics skills, with ROI accountability; ability to travel 60%-70% as business needs require Preferred Experience in CPG or food and beverageExperience with booth activations, immersive consumer experience design, and working with agencies, production vendors, and talent managementStrong understanding of U.S. and Korean cultural trends; knowledge of K-pop culture is a strong plusBilingual proficiency in English and Korean Why Join Us Own event strategy end to end, from the big idea to the on-site detailsWork on large-scale events and performances, not just boothsCollaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product to tie events to launches and campaignsComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO Benefits Medical, Dental, VisionPaid Time Off Disclaimer: The compensation and benefits information in this posting represent a good faith and reasonable estimate of what it might pay for this position.
