About the role
The Events & Communications Coordinator plays a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for Coral Casino Members and Guests through thoughtful event planning, seamless execution, and engaging communication. This position supports the Director of Programming & Communications in coordinating Club programming, private events, member communications, and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and professional correspondence, including marketing emails, newsletters, event announcements, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), event schedules, menus, signage, reports, and other event-related materials
- Collaborate with the Director of Programming & Communications, General Manager, and department heads to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with Club standards
- Aid in event design and planning by creating presentation materials, coordinating rentals and décor elements, and supporting the overall vision and execution of Club events
