Communications And Events Coordinator
Overview
The Communications & Events Coordinator is responsible for executing integrated brand communications, public relations, and event marketing initiatives. This role supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty through content creation, media outreach, influencer partnerships, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic communications and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Plan and manage events, including trade shows, demos, and brand activations, ensuring seamless execution and strong brand presence
Draft and distribute press releases and support media outreach efforts
Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking
Create and manage content across social media, email, and other marketing channels
Cook up and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers; track engagement and deliverables
Cook up and manage event logistics and scheduling (including demo/fleet coordination)
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications and customer touchpoints

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00/yr. See attached for details, but here is a summary:
