About the Role
We’re hiring an Event Associate to support live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations throughout the Brooklyn area. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside our events team to prepare event spaces, coordinate on-site activities, interact with attendees, and help keep each event organized from setup through completion. If you’re dependable, personable, and enjoy work that keeps you moving and interacting with people, this could be a great fit. Previous event experience is not required, and training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and supplies for upcoming events
- Assist with event setup, signage, displays, and breakdown
- Greet attendees and help create a welcoming event environment
- Answer questions and provide information about products, services, or promotions
- Support event leads with on-site coordination and logistics
- Organize promotional materials and monitor inventory
- Help manage attendee flow and keep event areas organized
- Communicate with team members throughout each event
- Gather customer feedback and event engagement information
- Troubleshoot routine on-site issues as they arise
- Ensure event spaces remain professional and aligned with brand standards
- Support promotional campaigns and community events throughout the Brooklyn area
Qualifications
You don’t need years of event experience to succeed in this position. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

- Have previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions — although this is not required
- Have flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events
- Are comfortable lifting and moving event materials when necessary
