Events Associate

About the role

This entry-level position provides onsite assistance to guests attending concerts, sports, conferences, or entertainment events. This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

A Typical Shift May Include

• Greet attendees and provide directions
• Assist with seating, entry, ticketing questions, and venue policies
• Help resolve routine guest concerns
• Support safe, organized guest flow before, during, and after events
