About the role

Meet and greet guests as they enter and exit attractions, support and promote the guest-first policy, and assist guests with special seating needs, wheelchairs, and strollers.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for house opening, operating, and cleaning
• Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner
• Support Entertainment by recommending and discussing other attractions available to guests
• Observe guests for safety and assistance
• Assist guests and coworkers in problem-solving
• Track guest count with a clicker to maintain accurate throughputs
• Maintain regular, prompt attendance
• Adhere to all grooming code standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must maintain a positive attitude and working environment
• Must be able to handle stress
• Must be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions
• Must have strong work ethics and communication skills
• Must have good leadership skills
• Must be in good physical condition: able to stand for 20+ minutes and walk at a fast pace
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be trustworthy and work well with other team members
