About the role
The Event Technology Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing Pacific Life's meetings and events through the use of Cvent event management software. This position focuses on creating and launching event websites and invitations, managing attendee lists, handling communications, and generating post-event reports.
Responsibilities
- Using Cvent to manage registration websites and attendee lists
- Handling event communications and generating post-event reporting
- Creating and launching meeting email invitations within specified timeframes (approximately 20-25 per month)
- Gaining compliance approvals
- Supporting and training field personnel
- Cooking Continuing Education meetings
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience using Cvent Event Management software
- Able to manage multiple registration projects and events simultaneously
- Effective customer service skills
- Proficient with technology, including experience with Monday.com and Microsoft Teams
Qualifications
- Cvent Event Management Certification preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with various levels of management
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
