Job Skills / Requirements

• Scope: Event Staff Security Officers provide crowd control services for events such as concerts, sporting events, trade shows, and conferences at various locations.
• Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of patrons, employees, and visitors at large and small scale events. Duties vary based on the client location and may include: safety and wellbeing of patrons, guests, and performers; hospitality security; access control; foot patrol.
• Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, not have any felony convictions, and pass a criminal background check. Must be available to work at least 4+ events per month and have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand or walk for 4-8 hour shifts, respond to emergency situations, work in or outdoors during all seasons, hear conversations in noisy environments, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
