Essential Functions
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives across several markets.
- Develop event execution plans, including scheduling, logistics, staffing recommendations, equipment requirements, and contingency planning.
- Evaluate event opportunities and recommend participation based on anticipated business impact, customer demographics, and strategic priorities.
- Independently manage events while exercising judgment to adapt plans based on changing conditions, customer traffic, weather, venue requirements, or operational challenges.
- Serve as the primary company representative during promotional events, building relationships with customers, community organizations, vendors, and event partners.
- Deliver product demonstrations and educate prospective customers regarding Watermill Express products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues during events using sound judgment and established company guidelines.
- Analyze event performance, customer engagement, and promotional effectiveness, preparing reports that include recommendations for future marketing strategies and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to improve promotional programs and ensure alignment with company initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen community partnerships and increase brand visibility within assigned territories.
- Cook up travel schedules, event calendars, inventory needs, and promotional resources to maximize operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation, transportation, and organization of promotional materials necessary for successful event execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift-up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks related to event setup.
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of event marketing experience
