Responsibilities
- Cook up onboarding, setup, and maintenance of third-party suppliers in Oracle EBS
- Review and process supplier setup, updates, and compliance requests
- Maintain accurate supplier records and ensure data integrity
- Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and supplier compliance documentation
- Support Third Party Risk Management processes and internal audits
- Analyze supplier data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Risk Management, Procurement, and business partners to resolve issues and ensure timely supplier activation
- Maintain Supply Chain resources and documentation for internal users
- Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Experience with Oracle EBS
- Knowledge of third-party risk management or supplier governance
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Procurement or Supply Chain experience
- Experience managing supplier Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Supplier onboarding or vendor management experience
- Experience auditing or analyzing large data sets
