Event Set-up Lead

Role Overview

Responsible for the set-up and tear-down processes of all event functions at Hyatt. Works closely with the Events and Event Services departments to ensure exceptional guest service results. Requires continuous walking, standing, and lifting of event-related equipment.

Requirements

• Strong physical stamina to lift, carry, and push 25lbs+ and tolerate continuous walking and standing
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a large-scale event setup environment (1 year preferred)
