About the role
The AMER Event Productions Event Producer provides customer-centric event production services and support, at the highest level possible, for the Event Productions team and its customers. They bring critical production planning and operational support to companywide events across AMER.
Responsibilities
- Planning Meetings with customers and team to confirm final event details
- Provides production guidance to customers and team
- Scheduling of production resources, services, and any post-production requests
- Facilitating third party labor requests and equipment rentals
- Communication with facility partners such as security, housekeeping, catering, etc.
- Partnering with internal team to ensure charge back
- Preparing and distributing event show flow to internal teams
- Supporting technical testing or technical rehearsals
- Clearly communicating with all team members and stakeholders
- Coordinating personal travel arrangements, schedules, and expenses
- Supporting event day show flow, acting as producer show caller, or stage manager
- Leading onsite production engineers and over-hire labor through load in, pre-show operations, post-show wrap up and load out
- Partnering with the Systems Engineer to manage technical needs
- Dynamically flexing to customer needs and complications, escalating appropriately
- Overseeing and managing proper strike of event venue
- Managing post-event reporting
- Managing post-event customer needs and meetings
- Managing post-event expenditures
- Providing key metrics and data to team and management
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- 4+ years of studio, production company or television network experience

Pay
Base salary range for this position is $74,200.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually
