Event Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Trimble is seeking an energetic Sports Marketing and Event Coordinator to bring our brand partnerships to life across North America. This role offers foundational experience in sports marketing and event operations, working alongside experienced team members to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Cook up end-to-end logistical and administrative tasks for live events and brand activations, including shipping, catering, and vendor coordination.
• Support senior team members in managing relationships with sports partners and internal stakeholders by tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain an organized project files, task lists, and event calendars to ensure operational alignment and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to coordinate high-quality messaging and setup across event platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Event Management, Sports Management, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0.5 - 2 years of professional experience, with a strong background in internships or campus leadership in sports marketing, event planning, or brand promotion.
• Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic ability to engage with diverse audiences in writing and in person.
• A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take direction, learn quickly, and see projects through from start to finish.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bonus points for experience in B2B marketing or sales environments.
• Familiarity with Trimble core industries like construction, geospatial, or transportation.

Benefits

• Compensation: $55,000.00–$75,600.00

Pay

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Schedule

Location: Westminster, CO; Portland, OR; Atlanta, GA (On-site at least 4 days per week)

Travel

Travel Requirement: Up to 25% across North America
