Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events.
- Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements.
- Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details.
- Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food/beverage revenue and ensure billing accuracy.
Qualifications
- A smile and customer service skills.
- An attention to detail with a 'make it right' mindset.
- Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, banquets and event service operations.
- An ability to work reliably and consistently, occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Experience in sales, catering or banquets preferred, but is not required.
