Responsibilities
- Manage event logistics including venue setup and teardown
- Clock in/out employees and track attendance
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Handle unexpected issues and emergencies
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in event management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with event planning software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
