About the role
The Event & Lifestyle Coordinator (Lease-Up) is responsible for creating and executing events, maintaining amenities, and managing resident communications.
Responsibilities
- Greets prospects and residents, ensuring their comfort and facilitating tours.
- Answers phone calls, routes calls, and handles service request callbacks.
- Maintains guest suite schedule, monitors loading dock/elevator schedules, and manages package deliveries.
- Ensures amenities are ready for resident use and develops and executes events and programs.
- Keeps track of local business contacts and offers recommendations to residents.
- Maintains the Lifestyle E-mail Account and responds to messages in a timely manner.
- Creates and updates the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers.
- Participates in meeting sales and marketing program standards and budgets.
- Manages expenses within the allocated budget.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of local businesses and community resources.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or event coordination role.

Pay
Base salary with potential for quarterly or annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.
