About the role
We are seeking Clinical Support Staff to join our team and contribute to a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders in a residential (home like) setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily activities
- Supervision of meal preparation and household responsibilities
- Facilitating the development of independent living skills
- Conducting routine wellness checks
- Upholding confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Providing guidance, support, and encouragement to clients as they progress in their recovery
- Assisting with medication oversight
- Cooking transportation for clients to scheduled appointments
- Responding to medical or crisis situations
- Ensuring compliance with all program policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have 1 year of experience in human services field
- Preferred: College Degree
- Maintain a valid Drivers License as specified in the personnel policies
