Overnight Support Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, awake-overnight support by monitoring client safety
• Conduct wellness checks
• Document observations
• Respond to crises
• Maintain a respectful environment in line with agency policies

Key Duties

• Collaborate with on-call and daytime staff to support housing, behavioral health, and family service objectives
• Embody dignity, respect, and social justice principles

Qualifications & Skills

• Compassionate, attentive, and capable of crisis response
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a mission-driven, client-centered, and faith-based environment
