Overnight Asleep Staff - Adult Supports
The Evergreen Center is a world-class private human services organization that provides living and learning environments for individuals with developmental disabilities diagnosed with multiple disabilities including Autism, physical disabilities, neurological problems, and behavior disorders. The Adult Supports Division offers residential programs for adults with intellectual and developmental challenges, supporting them to make independent choices and pursue community involvement.
About the role
The Overnight Asleep Staff provides emergency support to the Overnight Awake Staff to ensure the health and safety of individuals between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM. The Overnight Asleep Staff is allowed to sleep in a designated area within the house between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency support during overnight hours (11:00 PM – 9:00 AM).
- Ensure the health and safety of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience relevant to individuals with developmental disabilities and their growth and development.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
