Overnight Support Staff

About the role

Provide compassionate, awake-overnight support by monitoring client safety, conducting wellness checks, documenting observations, responding to crises, and maintaining a calm, respectful environment in line with agency policies.

Collaborate with on-call and daytime staff to support housing, behavioral health, and family service objectives, while modeling dignity, respect, and social justice.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client safety during overnight hours
• Conduct regular wellness checks
• Document observations accurately
• Respond to crises as needed
• Maintain a calm, respectful environment
