About the role
PRC's evening IOP program is set to launch in September 2026. We are hiring now for a September start.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate evening IOP group sessions
- Deliver evidence-based curriculum focused on substance use, recovery, and co-occurring mental health
- Maintain timely clinical documentation following each session
- Collaborate with the clinical team on client progress and group themes
- Uphold a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment in every session
Requirements
- CAP, ICADC, or registered intern (LMHC or LCSW) required
- Experience facilitating substance use or co-occurring disorder groups
- Comfortable working independently in an evening setting
- Warm, grounded, and steady in group dynamics
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Qualifications
Backgrounds that translate well include Substance Use Counseling, Addictions Treatment, Group Therapy, CAP, ICADC, and Registered Intern (LMHC/LCSW).
