About the role
You show up three evenings a week and hold space for adults doing the hard work of recovery. You facilitate structured group sessions within PRC's evening IOP program — bringing clinical grounding, genuine presence, and a deep belief in the healing process. This is not a clipboard role. This is relational, recovery-focused work that matters.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate evening IOP group sessions
- Deliver evidence-based curriculum focused on substance use, recovery, and co-occurring mental health
- Maintain timely clinical documentation following each session
- Collaborate with the clinical team on client progress and group themes
- Uphold a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment in every session
What We're Looking For
- CAP, ICADC, or registered intern (LMHC or LCSW) required
- Experience facilitating substance use or co-occurring disorder groups
- Comfortable working independently in an evening setting
- Warm, grounded, and steady in group dynamics
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
