Substance Use IOP Facilitator

About the role
As a Substance Use Disorder Specialist (CADC or LCASA), you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, IOP coverage, and therapeutic services to adults and children with substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy, collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources, and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. The SUD Specialist also ensures accurate documentation, supports crisis intervention, and promotes a safe, therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide screening, assessment, and treatment planning for individuals with substance use needs
- Facilitate group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with clinical teams and referral sources
- Support clients through aftercare planning and community referrals
- Ensure accurate documentation of services
- Support crisis intervention and promote a safe, therapeutic environment
Requirements
- CADC certification required or Provisional Licensure preferred: LCAS-A
- 2 years of experience in Substance Use services
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel
Skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic practices and group facilitation techniques
- Problem-solving and de-escalation skills for crisis situations

Pay
Competitive rate: Starting from $22.60 per hour and up for CADC | $49,000 and up for LCAS-A
Schedule
Consistent schedule of Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm onsite.
