Evening Clinical Team Manager - MCI

Responsibilities

• Plans, oversees, and participates in the daily operation of the Mobile Crisis Intervention components of the Community Behavioral Health Center.
• Ensures quality of care, appropriate staffing, staff support, and effective participation in the wider service system to ensure continuity of consumer care.
• Provides clinical supervision to designated MCI staff.
• Assumes evening clinical and administrative on-call duties to MCI/CCS/Respite staff, as well as in a regular 24-hour rotation with other MCI/CCS/Respite management personnel.
• Reviews all Adult and Youth CCS referrals for appropriateness and facilitates admission in collaboration with MCI and CCS staff in real time.
• Acts as a liaison with community providers for continuity of care.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related clinical Human Service discipline (clinical degree that provides path to independent licensure) required.
• Independent Licensure strongly preferred.
• At least three (3) years of clinical experience working within MCI required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, such as excel required.
• Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.

Pay

Unlicensed - $81,782.06/salaried
Independent Licensure of LMHC or LICSW - $84,872.11/salaried

Schedule

Full Time, 40 hours Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm OR 4pm to 12am
