Responsibilities
- Oversee your mobile dental team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding patient experience

- Manage the success of the day and willing to support the team clinically as state regulations allow
- Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
- Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record
Requirements
- Travel daily with your team to patient locations
- Ability to step in and assist the doctor chairside as needed
- Manage the success of the day and willing to support the team clinically as state regulations allow
- Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
- Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record
Qualifications
- 5+ years of dental experience
- Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus)
- Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus)
- Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)
- Familiarity with dental practice management software

- Exceptional communication & organizational skills

Pay
Enjoy a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 plus 20% Quarterly bonus
