Clinical Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee your mobile dental team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding patient experience
• Own Your Success - Run your team like a business, with the autonomy and support to make real decisions
• Lead with Impact - Lead the team, ensuring seamless operations, top-tier patient experiences, and compliance
• Manage the success of the day and willing to support the team clinically as state regulations allow
• Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Ability to step in and assist the doctor chairside as needed

Requirements

• Education & Experience: 5+ years of dental experience
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus)
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus)
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)
• Familiarity with dental practice management software

Job Requirements

• Travel daily with your team to patient locations
• Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record

Compensation

Enjoy a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000-$65,000 plus 20% Quarterly bonus!
