Clinical Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee your mobile dental team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding patient experience
• Raise your team’s performance through goal-setting and motivation
• Manage the day-to-day operations, including scheduling and stakeholder interactions
• Step in and assist the doctor chairside as needed
• Willing to support the team clinically as state regulations allow

Requirements

• Travel daily with your team to patient locations
• Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record
• Must be able to speak Spanish
• Must have dental assisting experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental experience
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus)
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus)
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)

Pay

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive Base compensation ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 plus 20% quarterly (depending on experience), generous incentive comp based on market growth, equity
