Job Profile Summary
Under limited supervision, this position supports student enrollment by performing assigned core functions within the student records management unit. Responsible for the review, evaluation, accuracy, integrity, privacy and security of all academic records and the integrity of data and reports. Ensures compliance with the published policies and procedures while providing outstanding customer service to students, staff, faculty and other internal and external constituents. Work requires the use of initiative and resourcefulness in making decisions within widely accepted standards.

This is a temporary position that will end on June 30, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Supports student enrollment by performing assigned core functions within the student records management unit.
- Reviews, evaluates, and maintains the accuracy, integrity, privacy, and security of all academic records and data.
- Evaluates post-secondary credit by exam and ensures compliance with published policies and procedures.
- Provides outstanding customer service to students, staff, faculty, and other internal and external constituents.
- Makes decisions within widely accepted standards using initiative and resourcefulness.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree required. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
- Minimum Experience/Training: Four years of functional experience in compliant records management field and/or related experiences in admissions, advisement, evaluating post-secondary credit by exam and student records.

Pay
Salary Range: $42,320 - $49,726 - Salary commensurate with education and experience.
