ETF Operations Specialist
About the role
Join a dynamic team supporting the launch and ongoing success of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). In this role, you will prepare exchange listing documentation, coordinate reporting requirements for new ETFs, oversee daily ETF file production, and serve as a key liaison between clients, business partners, and operational teams. You'll work closely with issuers, market makers, authorized participants, and other industry partners while serving as a trusted resource on ETF operations and industry developments.
Responsibilities
- Prepares exchange listing documents and coordinates reporting needs for new ETFs.
- Oversees daily production of required ETF files and serves as liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
- Works with senior level Operations Specialists on keeping abreast of industry updates and answering any operational questions that arise for all ETF clients.
- Responsible for primary contact with fund clients during ETF launches and communication of daily ETF operations to clients and other business lines within Global Fund Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of direct experience (with project lead experience), or five to eight years of related experience
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the ETF create/redeem process
- NSCC requirements
- Exchange listing rules
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and accounting principles impacting the ETF industry
Skills
- Two to four years of experience directly related to ETF Operations
- Basket production, client onboarding or trade settlement

Pay
$75,820.00 - $89,200.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment. Schedule
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
