Responsibilities

• Preparing acrylic and metal products for the UV printing process.
• Preparing art for UV resist printing, ensuring art meets minimum specifications and producing intended product.
• Operating and maintaining UV printers, knowing how to start up, clean, maintain, operate, and properly shut down the printers.
• Taping printed parts to protect them from ink overspray.
• Preparing acrylic and metal products for painting, cleaning and taping when needed.
• Finishing painted parts by removing paint and preparing for clear coat.
• Inspecting products before clear coat to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintaining an organized and clean department.
• Maintaining awareness of order dates, reworks, and remakes, prioritizing workflow accordingly.
• Performing materials handling tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in UV printing and painting processes.
• Proficiency in operating UV printers and related equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to inspect products for quality control.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
