3rd shift Printing Operator
About the role
Help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production and packaging needs throughout the facility. Work shifts: Midnight Shift; 11:00pm to 7:30am.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
- Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
- Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.
- Properly complete all required paperwork.
- Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
- Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
- Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
- Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
- Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
