What You'll Be Doing
- Keep Transfer Express competitive by using the latest in manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques.
- Invest in our greatest asset, our employees.
- Operate a printing press for Plastisol Ink products.
- Set up, tear down between jobs.
- Prioritize and complete work based on shipping schedule.
- Perform quality checks.
- Communicate needs, suggestions, or concerns to the Floor Supervisor.
- Assist in other areas when the business requires.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For
- An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- The ability to lift up to 40 lbs., walk, bend regularly, and be on your feet all shift.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- To work at a fast pace in a production environment.
- A quality-minded individual.
- A flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
- A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.
