You will serve as a dual-threat leader at Collier Electrical Corp, steering projects from the initial competitive bid to final client handover. This role gives you the autonomy to manage budgets, coordinate field workflows, and directly influence our bottom-line success. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in electrical estimating, project management, or both
• Strong working knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems and construction methodologies
• Proven ability to accurately read, interpret, and dissect blueprints, specifications, and contracts
• Proficiency with professional electrical estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and multi-project management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrical License, or related industry certifications
• Deep familiarity with the las National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and safety protocols
• Extensive background managing large-scale, ground-up commercial construction projects
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
