About the role
This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday from 7am – 4pm PT
- Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs
Compensation Package
$140,000 – $170,000/Year*
*The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position.

Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of eight years construction industry experience
- Minimum of six years construction estimating experience
- Ability to manage multiple project estimates and deliverables for large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality projects (300+ units)
- Thorough understanding of industry practices, estimating procedures, and the local construction market
- Proficient in construction and estimating techniques and software
- Proven track record of successfully working with operations teams, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Manage design, bid, and project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and addenda
- Set up projects in estimating/bidding platforms and maintain bidder and vendor information
- Coordinate with subcontractors and trade partners to ensure bid coverage and clarify scopes
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bid Leveling Sheets to evaluate scope, pricing, and specifications
- Assist with schematic, DD, CD, GMP, and final construction budgets using market and historical data
- Analyze plans and specifications, write bid scopes, and support value engineering and competitive bidding
- Support contract negotiations, bidder feedback, and project handoff to Operations
- Participate in site visits and project coordination meetings to support quality and estimating accuracy
- Build strong subcontractor/vendor relationships and support team coaching and mentorship
