Sr. Estimator - Multifamily Construction Projects

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects.
• Assess labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive project bids.
• Coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to align estimates with project objectives and schedules.
• Analyze historical project data and current market conditions to improve estimating accuracy and budgeting.
• Present cost estimates and pricing recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience estimating for multifamily construction projects.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
• Track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
• Willingness to travel across Texas occasionally.
