Estimator - HVAC / Special Projects

About the role

Responsible for estimating costs for HVAC projects and special projects. Collaborates with project managers and clients to provide accurate cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects and special projects
• Communicate with clients and project managers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
• Review and revise estimates based on feedback and changes in project scope
• Ensure all estimates are compliant with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating or similar field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for cost estimation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and construction practices
• Experience with project management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
