Responsible for estimating costs for HVAC and special projects. Collaborates with project managers to ensure accurate cost projections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for HVAC and special projects
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accuracy of cost projections
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and specifications
• Review and update cost estimates based on project progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and construction practices
• Experience with project management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
