Estimator - HVAC / Special Projects

About the role

Responsible for estimating costs for HVAC projects and special tasks. Works closely with project managers and clients to provide accurate cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects and special tasks
• Communicate with clients and project managers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
• Review and update cost estimates based on changes in project scope
• Ensure all estimates are compliant with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and construction practices
• Experience with cost estimation software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
