Estimator - HVAC / Special Projects

About the role

Responsible for estimating costs for HVAC projects and special projects. Collaborates with project managers to ensure accurate cost estimates are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects and special projects
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accuracy of cost estimates
• Review and update cost estimates based on project changes
• Communicate cost estimates and project status to clients and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and construction practices
• Experience with cost estimation software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
