Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support for estate planning and trust administration matters
- Prepare, revise, and organize estate planning documents, trust administration correspondence, and related legal filings
- Cook up client meetings and maintain regular communication with clients, fiduciaries, and other professionals
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case files
- Aid with probate and trust administration matters from opening through closing
- Maintain organized electronic and physical client files while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting Estate Planning, Probate, or Trust Administration attorneys
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, client-focused demeanor with a positive attitude

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred
- Experience in estate planning and trust administration preferred
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
