Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and legal support for estate planning and trust administration matters
  • Prepare, revise, and organize estate planning documents, trust administration correspondence, and related legal filings
  • Cook up client meetings and maintain regular communication with clients, fiduciaries, and other professionals
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case files
  • Aid with probate and trust administration matters from opening through closing
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical client files while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Prior experience supporting Estate Planning, Probate, or Trust Administration attorneys
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred
  • Experience in estate planning and trust administration preferred
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
