Estate Planning Paralegal
Established and highly respected Orange County law firm seeks an Estate Planning Paralegal to join its sophisticated trusts and estates practice. This well-known regional firm has served clients for decades and maintains a strong reputation for handling high-level matters across multiple practice areas. Responsibilities
- Draft revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, trust amendments, trust restatements, certifications of trust, and related estate planning documents.
- Prepare trust funding documentation and assist with asset transfers involving real property, business interests, and financial accounts.
- Prepare and record deeds, including grant deeds, quitclaim deeds, and transfer deeds.
- Aid in trust administration matters, including trustee acceptance documents, beneficiary notifications, and administration checklists.
- Track trust administration deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Cook up trust distributions and assist with trust account administration.
- Support attorneys with sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation matters.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and document management systems to maintain client files and workflow efficiency.
Hours
No billable hour requirement. A 40-hour work week.

Salary
$90,000-$130,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
