About the role

This position is not remote and is located on-site at a branch location. The role involves assisting branch personnel with eServices products and handling a variety of daily back-office operational tasks, with an emphasis on teamwork.

Schedule

Rotating Schedule - Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm and 10am-7pm.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete new Mobile Deposit user setups.
• Review Mobile Deposit checks to stop fraudulent checks from being deposited through Mobile Banking.
• Work queues for Online Banking setup, password resets, and Mobile Deposit exceptions.
• Review Velocity exceptions for Remote Deposits and Velocity Exception Log throughout the day.
• Provide support and maintenance for Bill Pay and eDocuments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle detailed work with accuracy while meeting stringent deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Desire to be involved in the community.

Qualifications

Previous banking experience might set you apart.

Working Conditions

This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility, which may be in the basement of some facilities. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer, and other office equipment. Individuals in this position are typically seated at their personal desk for most of the day. The role requires general supervision and the ability to perform essential functions and physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
