Responsibilities
- Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing and post-closing.
- Cook up relationships that generate new business.
- Work independently while utilizing in-house support, underwriting, and operational resources.
Qualifications
- Required: Experience managing the full escrow process independently from start to finish. Active Utah Escrow License or the ability to obtain one quickly. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and an ownership mindset.
- PREFERRED: Established book of business or existing client relationships. Experience working directly with real estate agents. Previous experience as an Escrow Assistant ready to transition into an Escrow Officer role.
Compensation
- Customized base salary during the ramp-up period to align with current income.
- About 35% commission on net closing revenue.
- Strong performers typically earn $15,000+ per month. Top performers can earn $20,000-$25,000+ per month.
What Success Looks Like
- Prior experience with a national or regional title company.
- Independently manages the full escrow process with minimal supervision.
- Buys and maintains strong client relationships.
- Takes ownership of their pipeline and consistently delivers results.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong drive to grow their business.
Work Environment

- In-office presence expected during the onboarding and ramp-up period.
