Do you live and breathe escrow?
Yes, you should be someone who has at least 5 years of experience in an independent escrow company, holds DFPI clearance, and has a book of business. Additionally, experience with industry software like QUALIA or RBJ is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also required.

What you will do
You will be responsible for opening new escrows, coordinating with lenders, dealing with title companies, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll handle various types of transactions, including residential, commercial, and refinances. Your role will involve resolving title issues, managing lien situations, and ensuring that all closing dates are met and necessary documents are properly prepared.
