About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and seamless closings. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational precision with strong relationship management and sound decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Open, manage, and oversee escrow accounts for residential and commercial transactions
- Avoid the accurate handling, safeguarding, and disbursement of escrow funds
- Prepare, review, and execute closing documents from file open through settlement
- Serve as a trusted liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
- Drive transactions forward while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties
- Identify and mitigate risk to protect clients and ensure smooth closings

Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this position is $24.42 - $32.56 hourly. The actual compensation offered will depend on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
