Escrow Assistant/Support Specialist (Independence Title - Austin Area)

About the role

Independence Title in the Austin Area, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Escrow Assistant/Support Specialist. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Floating to Austin area branch locations to assist escrow staff as needed and/or as directed by management
• Providing proactive support to team members while maintaining respectful communication
• Communicating and working closely with escrow teams and clients to ensure transactions close in a timely, efficient and error-free manner
• Handling both front end processing and post-closing/funding tasks, as required by Independence Title Company standards
• Demonstrating a strong customer service mindset when interacting with both clients and colleagues

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• A minimum of 3 years of Escrow experience required
• Able to work proficiently in fast paced environment
• Microsoft Suite proficient

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Great communication and customer-oriented skills required

Skills

• Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required
