Escalations Specialist $25/hr

About the role

Team members will work in the complaints department regarding escalated complaints for anything within the bank. This specific area handles complaints related to credit cards, checking accounts, and business complaints. A complaint will come into this area and be initially handled by a separate intake team who will do the initial discovery and information collection for the complaint to go into a work queue. These team members will then take control of complaints in progress and will see them through until they have reached the qualifications for completion.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, IA. This is a hybrid position.
