We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "To stay current on your application, log in to the CAPPS portal..." etc. Also remove "Please Note" etc about eligibility, supplemental questions, military preference, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Maximize Your Earnings! ... See our benefits offering" maybe we can keep benefits if specific. The posting mentions benefits: "Insurance, retirement plans, and a flexible work schedule are just the start." Not detailed. We need actual benefits content; it's vague. Should we include Benefits section? The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting does mention Work Hours (Schedule) and flexible/hybrid work schedule. Also mentions benefits generically but not specific. Might be considered not specific enough. However "Insurance, retirement plans, and a flexible work schedule are just the start." That's somewhat specific: insurance, retirement plans, flexible work schedule. Could be considered benefits. But we need to decide. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might combine Benefits into a section if we have specifics. We have mention of insurance, retirement plans, flexible work schedule. That's enough for Benefits.
Pay: No salary mentioned. So omit Pay.
Schedule: Work Hours 40 hours a week between 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend hours. Hours may change based on business needs, especially during legislative sessions. This position may be eligible for a flexible/hybrid work schedule if certain conditions are met, working arrangements may change at any time as business necessitates. That's specific enough for Schedule.
Now sections:
About the role: Could be the General Description paragraph. Also Agency Information maybe part of about. We'll create About the role using the Agency Information and General Description combined? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content.
We have:
- Agency Information: description of Comptroller's office, mission, culture. That could be About the role.
- General Description: looking for experienced Director for ESA division to direct activities of TEFA program. That's also about role.
We can combine into About the role.
Responsibilities: Essential Job Duties list (multiple bullet points). We'll extract those as

Let's extract text.
Agency Information paragraph:
"Serve Texas with private-sector urgency and public-sector purpose. Every dollar the State of Texas collects, holds, or spends runs through the Comptroller's Office. We are the state's chief tax collector, accountant, revenue estimator, treasurer, and purchasing manager. We write the checks and keep the books for the multi-billion-dollar business of state government, and we serve virtually every Texan while doing it. Texans trust us with their money. We earn that trust every day by safeguarding taxpayer dollars, cutting waste, and finding better, faster, more efficient ways to get the job done. This is not a place to coast. The work is demanding, the pace is fast, and the standards are high. We want people who take ownership, question the status quo, and think creatively seeing beyond the obvious to solve the problems facing Texans. We measure ourselves by results. If you're driven by the idea that government can work better, and willing to work hard to prove it, you'll fit in here. What you'll get in return: real responsibility, meaningful work, and the chance to build your career alongside sharp, mission-focused professionals. We invest in people who invest in the job, with on-the-job training, professional development, and room to grow as fast as your performance allows. Public service is a calling. If you're ready to make every taxpayer dollar count, we want to hear from you."
That's about role.
